This is about internal exposure rather than external from clients. Gain insight and take corrective actions that immediately rectify unknown issues for your field teams with CSQS as your partner. Our professional safety analysts take an authentically unique approach to field observations. Working as your partner the role of our analysts is to take the shortest course of action from what you ARE doing to what you SHOULD be doing. You can use this information for front-end planning and continual improvement.
Our Approach As YOUR Safety and Quality Team
Beginning with an initial observation and documentation of your current practices our field observation team starts by taking notice of current actions and activities. From these observations we have a three step approach to get you from what you are doing today to what you should be doing in the shortest period possible. Rather than pointing fingers and blame we look at a holistic process for rectification.
Step 1: Document our observations. This will include specific instances as well as overall practices.
Step 2: Identify and communicate. All areas that can be addressed and improved will be effectively communicated to your team and our recommended approach for corrective actions provided.
Step 3: Strengthen through training. Through safety and quality training your team standard will be strengthened through every level of your organization, ultimately achieving higher levels of efficiency and safety.
Basic Level General Inspection
Many organizations choose to begin the field observation with our General Scope of Inspection. This is a basic level examination of your practices and is performed from an observation standpoint. This should not be confused with a detailed testing and specialized report. The General Scope of Inspection is simply an observation performed as a walk-through and items noticed will be brought to the attention of the authorized contact person for their use.
While a benchmark, general inspection is one of the most common services CSQS is contracted to provide we offer more detailed inspections, and additional areas may be requested to be added. This report, like all of our services, can be customized to fit your needs, goals, and desired reports.
Detailed records of our General Scope of Inspections are available only to those companies who have contracted with us and are strictly confidential.
