As an integral part of our SafQual Methodology, we encourage regular ‘tailgate talks’ for all trade contractors onsite. CSQS brings full service training to your job sites, eliminating the need for extended time away from work and providing relevant, OSHA-based, mandatory topics of importance.
Why Onsite Training Works
Holding the training onsite, where your workers are able to easily describe challenges and utilize the tools and techniques we discuss immediately helps ensure it positively impacts your employees. Being trained away from job sites may create a detachment from the real needs employees face every day. Your employees will feel most comfortable and ready to absorb their training in an area they feel familiar with, like a job site. Above all it eliminates the need for extended time away from work and providing relevant, OSHA-based, mandatory topics of importance.
