Heather is one of the latest additions to our staff and comes to our team with a wealth of experience. As a Journeyman Scaffolder for CLAD Local 151, she led and trained crew of 3-4 workers. Her role was to erect, dismantle and modify scaffolding as safely and efficiently as per procedure and clients instructions.
She also led construction safety initiative teams as per safety policies and procedures, and coached and mentored craft of all trades in best safety practices with a strict, no-name, no-blame policy.
“I’m the wife of the man of my dreams and the mother of two beautiful daughters. I have extensive experience in the construction field and feel safety is a top priority for myself and those around me. I’m excited to be a part of such a dynamic team.”
